How to bring your music in, sample albums to try Ondoq with, purchases, the usual questions, and a real address when you would rather just ask.
Write to the address below from whatever mail app you already use. We answer every message.

In Ondoq, open Library, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add track(s), and pick audio files from anywhere the Files app reaches: iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, or a cloud drive.
Put albums in Files → On My iPhone → Ondoq, then tap Scan Ondoq's folder (or Library ⋮ → Rescan library). Sub-folders, folder covers and CUE sheets are all picked up.
Connect the iPhone with a cable. On a Mac open it in Finder; on Windows use the Apple Devices app. Under Files, drag album folders onto Ondoq, then rescan in the app.
Tap an album and play. Through headphones, AirPods, Bluetooth or a USB DAC, with the lock screen, Control Center and your headphones' buttons all working.
Five short albums we made for trying Ondoq — DSD, true 24-bit / 96 kHz, an "upsampled" album for the fake hi-res check, an album with a CUE sheet, and everyday CD quality. Free to use; the music is ours.
Download the sample albums (51 MB)
FLAC, ALAC, AAC, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WAV, AIFF, Monkey's Audio (APE), WavPack, and DSD as DSF and DFF (DSD64 to DSD512). Albums ripped as one file with a CUE sheet show up as their real tracks.
On iPhone, every app's sound goes through the system's audio mixer, so no app can promise bit-perfect output. Ondoq says so plainly rather than claiming otherwise; the quality of what it sends is unchanged.
Ondoq converts DSD to high-quality PCM as it plays, with a filter that stays flat well past the range of hearing.
Files added with Add track(s) appear at once. For files you copied into On My iPhone → Ondoq, tap Rescan library in the Library ⋮ menu.
To check your purchase, to download the list of AutoEQ headphone models, and when you ask: an AutoEQ profile you pick, lyrics you look up (LRCLIB) and album covers you search for (MusicBrainz and the Cover Art Archive). No account, no ads, no analytics. See the privacy policy.
Everything Ondoq keeps is on your iPhone. Delete the app and it is gone; music you put in On My iPhone → Ondoq goes with it, so move anything you want to keep first.
