Devoq, published by Avivoq (Québec, Canada). Last updated: July 2026.
In plain words. Devoq helps you write quotes faster. You stay responsible for the prices and the taxes you send to your customers, your data stays yours, and either of us can walk away.
These terms govern your use of the Devoq application. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Devoq turns what you say into a draft quote or invoice, applies tax rates, and produces documents you can send. It assists your work. It does not replace your judgment, and it is not an accountant, a lawyer or a tax advisor.
You are responsible for every quote and invoice you send: the descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, deposits and taxes. Speech recognition and automated structuring make mistakes, and tax rules change. Read each document before it goes to a customer. Where the law makes you responsible for what you invoice, that responsibility remains yours.
You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-in details. Access is tied to your phone number, so keep your phone and your number secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite into your organization.
Your profile, clients, quotes, invoices, recordings and photos remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that content, transcribe your recordings, structure them, generate your documents and deliver what you ask us to deliver. Nothing more, and only for as long as you keep the account.
Do not use Devoq for anything unlawful. Do not upload material you have no right to use. Do not record people where the law requires their consent and you do not have it. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, and do not resell access to it.
Devoq depends on outside providers for transcription, structuring and hosting, listed in the privacy policy. Their availability is not under our control.
The service is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. This is young software: features will change, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue parts of it, and where a change is significant we will tell you in the app.
To the extent Québec and Canadian law permit, Avivoq is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit, lost business or lost data arising from your use of Devoq, including any error in a quote, an invoice or a tax amount that you sent. Nothing here removes rights you hold under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
You may stop using Devoq at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you hold as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
