Everything you need to get going, and a real address when you would rather just ask.
Write to the address below from whatever mail app you already use. We answer every message.
support@avivoq.com
Postal mail: Avivoq, Québec, Canada. Ask by email for the full address if you need it in writing.
Devoq runs on iPhone and Android. Search for Devoq in the App Store or Google Play, or use the download buttons on the Devoq page. Updates arrive through the store like any other app.
Enter your phone number, then the code you receive. There is no password to remember.
Open the Profile tab and add your business name, address, licence number, payment terms, quote validity and logo. All of it prints on every quote and invoice from then on.
Record tab, pick the language, tap the microphone, describe the work and the prices, tap again to stop. Pick a client, check the numbers, generate the PDF.
That usually means the recording did not reach our transcription service, most often because the phone lost signal mid-upload. Open the quote and record again. If it keeps happening, write to us with the date and time and we will look at what failed.
Android and iPhone both ask permission the first time. If you declined it, open your phone settings, find Devoq, and turn the microphone permission back on.
Say amounts plainly, as in "four hundred and fifty dollars". Anything the app misheard can be corrected in the editor before you generate the PDF.
Scroll while the keyboard is open. If a field stays hidden on your phone model, tell us which model and we will fix it.
Use Share or Copy link. Both send from your own phone, so the message arrives from your number or your address, which is far less likely to land in spam.
Write to us from the address on your account and we will delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. See the privacy policy.
Profile, then Team. Create your organization, share the invite code, and set each person as member, supervisor or admin as they join.
