Deleting your Rayoq account

You can delete your Rayoq account at any time. Deleting it is immediate and permanent: it cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Sign in to your Rayoq account.
2. Open Settings → Account & cloud sync and choose Delete my account.
3. Read what will be lost, then choose Yes, delete my account permanently.

Without the app

Write to rayoq@avivoq.com from the email address of your Rayoq account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted, at once and for good

• Your Rayoq account and its email sign-in.
• Your synced favourites, settings and recently watched channels. They were stored end-to-end encrypted, so no one but you could read them.
• The licence you bought, which belongs to the account: the full version no longer unlocks on any device.

What is kept

• On your devices: what Rayoq keeps on each device (your channels, provider addresses and local favourites) stays there until you uninstall the app.
• Purchase records: the record of each purchase is kept for accounting, with its link to your account removed. Rayoq never holds your payment details: Paddle handles payments on this website, Google Play and the App Store in their stores.
