Pulsoq, provided by Avivoq (Québec, Canada). In force from 18 October 2026.
In plain words. You pay per engagement and the work opens once it is paid. The library and method behind Pulsoq stay ours; your reports are yours. You check what the AI proposes and remain responsible for your conclusions. Paddle sells Pulsoq for us.
Pulsoq is provided by Dmitri Dneprovski, doing business as Avivoq ("Avivoq", "we"), Québec, Canada. These terms are an agreement between Avivoq and the consulting firm or company that opens a Pulsoq workspace ("you"). By using Pulsoq, you accept them.
Pulsoq is web software, at avivoq.com/pulsoq, for diagnosing the operations of businesses: collecting evidence, analysing it, and producing findings, maps, plans and reports. A consulting firm runs it on its clients' engagements; a company runs it as a self-assessment of itself. Workspaces are opened on request. You sign in with a Google account; roles that open confidential information also need a second factor.
A consultant workspace is opened only to a consulting business we have checked, and only for engagements on its clients. A company assessing itself, or a business it owns or is owned by, uses an owner workspace, at the price quoted for it. If a consultant workspace is used to assess its holder's own business, we may charge the difference from the owner price and close the workspace.
You decide who is invited to your workspace and with which role, and you are responsible for what they do in it. Keep your sign-in and second factor to yourself, and tell us at once if you think your workspace has been accessed without your authority.
You collect the information you put into Pulsoq under your agreements with your clients or employees and under the law that applies to you, including Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You confirm that you have the authority and, where needed, the consent to collect it and to have us process it. For that information, we act as your service provider: we process it only to provide Pulsoq, as these terms and the privacy policy describe.
Pulsoq uses AI models, by default open models through Ollama, Claude by Anthropic when chosen, or the provider your workspace chooses with its own account, to extract facts from texts and documents, read images and draft connecting prose. People's names are replaced by codes before a text is sent; every extracted fact must quote its source, and every number in a report is checked against its source. AI output can still be wrong: you review and approve every finding and every report, and you remain responsible for the conclusions you deliver or act on.
Pulsoq, its library (patterns, questions, glossary, frameworks, recommendations, implementation guides and report templates) and its method belong to Avivoq. They are confidential information. You may use them within Pulsoq for your engagements, but not copy them out of the service, reproduce or publish them, or use them to build or supply a competing product or method, during these terms or after them. Documents you download carry an invisible mark identifying the workspace, the engagement and the download. The reports you generate are yours to use and to deliver to your clients. You give us the rights we need to host and process your content to provide the service.
Each engagement is charged the price Pulsoq shows when you accept its order, by its scope, or as quoted for your workspace (see how Pulsoq is priced). An engagement can be started only once Paddle has confirmed its payment. A wider scope later charges the difference; a narrower scope charges nothing more and is not refunded. Sales taxes are added where they apply.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds follow the refund policy.
Use Pulsoq lawfully and only for diagnostics you are entitled to carry out. Do not commit fraud or send spam through it, infringe anyone's intellectual property, try to reach another workspace's information, probe or disrupt the service's security, upload malicious files, scrape the service, or copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
We keep your workspace confidential. We look into it only to support you, under an access grant your administrator issues for at most 72 hours and can revoke at any time; that access is read-only, encrypted information stays closed to it, and every page we open is written to your workspace's log.
We work to keep Pulsoq available and your information safe, with backups kept in Quebec, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Support: see the contact page.
You may close your workspace at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close a workspace for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations, after notice where possible. Each engagement is purged when its retention date has passed: its evidence is deleted and its encryption key destroyed, while its approved reports stay available in your workspace and your client's portal.
To the extent the law allows, Pulsoq is provided as it is, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for Pulsoq in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that Quebec law does not allow to be limited.
We may change these terms; we tell you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, by e-mail and in Pulsoq.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada that apply there; the courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
These terms are available in French and in English. The French version is offered first; you chose to be bound by the version you are reading.
