Rayoq is a player for TV channels and films from your own IPTV provider. It runs on Android TV and on Windows. Rayoq does not sell or include any channels: you add the address (or portal key) your provider gave you.
This manual describes the app as it is today. Words in bold are what you see on the screen.
Film portals. Some providers give a film portal instead of (or as well as) a playlist. Enter it in the same address field in the form your provider gave you (portal::[key:…]address). A portal has no channel list; its films open in the Library (see section 7).
You can add several providers. The picker at the top of the left panel switches between All providers and each one. To change or remove a provider, use ✎ or ✕ next to it in Settings → Providers.
The four tools under the pickers:

The panels hide by themselves while something plays; any key brings the control bar back. You can change the timings in Settings → Controls.
The highlighted frame shows where you are. Move it with the arrows; OK presses what is highlighted.

While a channel plays full screen (no panels showing)
The remote's own ⏯ ⏪ ⏩ buttons pause/play and jump back/forward (in films and recordings), wherever the highlight is.
Typing. Moving onto a text field does not open the keyboard. Press OK on the field to type; BACK puts the keyboard away. Next to address fields, Paste inserts the clipboard instead.
On Windows, use the mouse, or the keyboard: arrows and Enter work as on the remote, Esc closes what is open, and typing any letter starts a search.
On channels whose provider keeps an archive, past programmes in the guide can be played. While you watch one, the control bar shows a timeline and these buttons: ⏪ / ⏩ jump back / forward by the seek step (Settings → Controls → Seek step), ◀◀ / ▶▶ go to the previous / next programme, and ● LIVE returns to the live broadcast.
With a film portal selected in the provider picker, the 📚 Browse … library button opens the Library: folders (films, series, cartoons, …) and titles.
While a film plays, the control bar shows its position and length, and ⏪ / ⏩ jump back / forward by the seek step (they appear a few seconds after the film starts, once its length is known). The remote's ⏯ ⏪ ⏩ buttons pause and jump too.
Press ⏺ on the control bar to record the channel you are watching; press again (⏹) to stop. Changing channel also stops the recording. On Windows, recordings are saved in your Videos folder, under Rayoq by Avivoq.

Most changes take effect when you choose Apply; Cancel (or BACK) leaves them unchanged. Provider and key changes are saved by their own Save buttons.
Cloud sync and your passphrase. Synced data is encrypted with a passphrase only you know. When you first sync, Rayoq shows a recovery code once: keep it safe. If you forget the passphrase, Forgot passphrase? Recover with code lets you choose a new one without losing your synced data. Show a new recovery code replaces a lost one.
Provider addresses, keys and AI keys are stored on your device, encrypted. Your channels, favourites and settings stay on the device unless you turn on cloud sync, which sends them encrypted with your passphrase.
